We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our busy Emergency Department. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Assess and prioritize patient needs, performing comprehensive physical assessments and identifying potential risks and complications
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and values
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, including medication management, wound care, and pain management
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care
Requirements:
* Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed within 30 days
* 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency or Critical Care role
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
