Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
