Job Summary
RN Full Time Days Position Summary: We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a key member in delivering high-quality patient care. As a RN, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, documenting all relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and coordinated care.
- Serve as a primary resource for patients and families, addressing concerns and providing emotional support as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Nursing Care Process
Assessment and Planning

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
- BLS - American Heart Association.
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience:
- One (1) year as an RN.
