Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests in residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine the extent of infestations.
- Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to client needs using safe and effective methods.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments in compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Educate clients on pest prevention and control methods.
- Maintain accurate records of service provided, including pest sightings and treatments administered.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in entomology or pest management is a plus.
- Valid pest control certification or license as required by the state, if you do not have a license we will help you get licensed.
- Prior experience in pest control or a related field is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor spaces.

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
