Import Customer Service, CaroTrans - Boston, MA
An exciting opportunity is available to join our Boston Branch as an Import Customer Service team member.

Job Requirements:
- Provide high level customer service and communication to clients, vendors and overseas partners in all facets of Import Customer Service
- Process all aspect of Import Operations/shipment release/shipment door deliveries/Quotations/general inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage full process of arrival process; issuance of arrival notices, rating of files and booking confirmations from overseas
- Participate fully with other team members in day-to-day operation of team including setting priorities, organization, scheduling work and problem solving
- Ability to finalize settlements (profit/loss) through excel sheets and internal operating system
- Ability to finalize a console file when all shipments are delivered and cost and credit the correct amount to the agent and customers
