Bartender

Bartender for the High Point Rockers and Carolina Core at Truist Point Stadium:

Under Leadership of the General Manager and/or designated Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking and delivering bar orders to our guests in our Catalyst Club, suites and on the concourse.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet, interact with, and attend to the needs of High Point Rockers and Carolina Core clientele.
• Take orders from guests and fill orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Possess an intermediate knowledge of the beverage industry and service.
• Adhere to alcohol state service regulations.
• Close out tabs correctly in cooperation with the supervisor.
• Proactively complete ancillary tasks to assist team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a bartender.
• Strong attention to detail.
• ServSafe Alcohol or TIPS certified or willing to obtain certification required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment.

Things to Consider:

• You will be expected to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to five (5) hours in length.
• This is a seasonal position that begins in mid-March through September with occasional events throughout the year.
• You will have to bend and lift 20 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• You will go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers).
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
