Overview
We are seeking an with an interest in stepping into a leadership role. While previous management experience is not required, we are looking for a creative, outgoing, and friendly individual who can help elevate our Bistro to the next level. The ideal candidate will excel at taking ownership of the outlet, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and driving its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience every time.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock rotation, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage ordering to ensure the Bistro runs efficiently.
- Sales & Creativity: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement creative ideas for boosting sales and enhancing the Bistro’s offerings.
- Operational Oversight: Take charge of day-to-day operations, including money management, reporting on inventory and sales, and ensuring the outlet meets performance goals.
- Team Collaboration: Report directly to the Food & Beverage Director and work closely with the broader management team to align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven or a willingness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to life 25 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
