Overview
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role involves managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is full-time and year-round.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, provide information about the facility, and offer recommendations for local attractions or services.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to management as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Transfer calls or relay messages to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage booking inquiries and reservations, both over the phone and through email.
- Maintain and update guest records in the hotel or office management system.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or credit card transactions.

- Proficiency in using computers and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
