Overview :
A H uman R esource Assistant at Carowinds is responsible for providing administrative support to the H uman R esources D epartment. This position is a seasonal hourly position.
Some specific tasks that a H uman R esource Assistant might be responsible for include :
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and reviewing information for accuracy and compliance.
- Responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and referring them to the appropriate resources as needed.
- Maintaining employee records and including updating personal information
- Assisting with development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the human resources department.
- Work on specialized projects in areas such as recruitment, training, and employee engagement / relations, as assigned.
