Compensation :

Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Collaborate with the sales team to fully understand project scopes, conduct site inspections to assess work scope, material needs, and potential challenges, and develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Project Execution : Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, manage permits and inspections, supervise subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications and timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Budget and Cost Control : Monitor budgets and expenses, ensure financial targets are met, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conduct inspections, and address quality issues promptly.
- Customer Experience : Foster positive client relationships, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
