General Dentist/Associate Dentist Position Available
Enjoy a work schedule with no weekends or Fridays, and a four-five day work week. Our practice serves a Fee for Service/PPO Patient Base and is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality dental care and a dedication to exceptional patient service. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, encompassing preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
- Conduct dental exams, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and create tailored treatment plans for each patient.
- Administer anesthetics and perform oral surgeries, including extractions, implants, and root canals.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventative care options.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current Ohio state dental license and certification in CPR and basic life support.
- Experience in a dental practice is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
