STAT Home Health in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking Home Health Aides (CNA)!

Essential duties include:
- Obtain and record vitals according to standard practice
- Assist with the following ADL's during each visit: mobility, transferring, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing or undressing, eating or toileting
- Complete clinical notes for all visits
- Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
Qualifications:
- Current nursing assistant certification in the State of Louisiana required
- Current CPR Certification
- Previous home health experience preferred
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
