Homedica is seeking Full-Time Nurse Practitioners to assist patients in the New Orleans, LA area.
**$5,000 Sign On Bonus**
Homedica provides primary care to patients who have limited mobility. We seek to become an extension of the physician's office and hospital in order to provide a continuum of care tailored to the patient's individual needs.

Essential daily duties include:
- Conduct both in home and telehealth visits for patients in our service area
- Provide primary medical care and palliative care for chronic and acute illnesses to patients who are home-bound or have difficulty traveling to a physician's office
- Provide physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases
- Interpret laboratory and test results
- Prescribe and manage medications and other therapies all with an emphasis on health maintenance and disease prevention
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana license required
- DEA license required
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations
- Hospice and/or Home Health experience required
