Pharmacy Support Specialist needed!
Phoenix Pharmacy is looking for a highly motivated, dependable individual to fill a full-time position assisting the pharmacy staff with administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet walk-in and drive-thru customers, retrieve filled prescriptions and process payments for prescription and OTC products
- Answer incoming patient calls and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Contact patients when prescriptions are received
- Assist with daily outgoing shipments and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Stock OTC products and other pharmacy supplies
- Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Candidates should have work experience in a pharmacy or office setting
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize activities requiring first attention
- Must be dependable
- Must adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional rapport with all customers, employees and vendors
