Responsibilities
- Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide administrative support, including proofreading documents and preparing marketing materials.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the real estate team in client communications and follow-ups to enhance customer service.
- Organize files, documents, and other materials for easy access and retrieval.
- Utilize computer software for various tasks, ensuring high levels of computer literacy.
- Act as a personal assistant to the real estate agents as needed, coordinating meetings and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accuracy.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure quality documentation.
- High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
