We also design and install professional PGA quality synthetic Golf Greens. Along with Synthetic turf for pool areas and other applications. We are looking for individuals that have a desire to be part of a team in both landscaping and Installation of Synthetic turf.

Job Overview:

Responsible for preparing a site, excavation of site, Installing base materials, working with and installing artificial grass and sand in-filled putting green materials. Areas include residential properties, commercial properties, or sports fields, using specialized tools and materials to achieve a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish, while adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and professional synthetic turf and putting green installation. They must be able to work with various tools and equipment. We offer a specialized service and are open to teaching or guiding others through the learning process to the right individual.

Duties

• Operation of skid steer and excavation equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Site prep:
• Measuring and marking installation areas.
• Removing existing grass, soil, debris, and weeds.
• Grading and leveling the ground.
• Installing base materials like gravel or crushed stone.
• Managing irrigation systems by relocating or capping off sprinklers.
• Turf installation:
• Unrolling and aligning artificial turf rolls.
• Cutting and seaming turf to fit specific areas using specialized tools.
• Applying adhesive or securing turf with fasteners like nails or staples.
• Installing edging and perimeter borders.
• Finishing details:
• Brushing and combing the turf to create a natural appearance.
• Inspecting for any imperfections and making necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools associated with landscaping tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
