Day in the Life:
Join our team and make a tangible impact in our region! As a crucial member of our team,
you will lead the daily production for various types of roadway and traffic projects - from
concept to completion. You will manage and help to build a growing team within the
Cincinnati office. You will generate and/or review detailed drawings, develop scopes of
work, fee proposals, and manage project schedules and budgets.

multiple disciplines to provide the highest quality plans, studies, and customer service.

Qualifications:
ƒ ABET-Accredited Civil Engineering
degree
ƒ PE Certification
ƒ 7 years of experience designing
roadway projects
ƒ Previous experience managing
projects or a team
ƒ MicroStation and AutoCAD experience
ƒ Proficiency with roadway design
software (e.g. OpenRoads Designer,
AutoTURN, Torus Roundabouts, etc.)
ƒ Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
ƒ Ability to comfortably jump between
concurrent tasks
Salary Range: $127,000-$145,000
