Carpenter & Paterson is hiring for a full time Warehouse Associate to work at their Bordentown location through Teamster Union 676. This position assists with fulfilling & processing orders, shipping/receiving, inventory and other duties as assigned.

Carpenter & Paterson is hiring for a full time Warehouse Associate to work at their Bordentown location through Teamster Union 676. This position assists with fulfilling & processing orders, shipping/receiving, inventory and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
- Managing paperwork from customers and vendors
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Pulling orders and prepping for shipment
- Receives inventory and store products in designated areas
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Experience in a similar work environment preferred
- Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed
- Willingness to learn the warehouse products
- Have basic math skills
- Clean, driving record
- Punctual and courteous
- Team player mentality a must
- Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently without constant supervision
- Experience driving a 26’ Stake Body truck for local deliveries is a PLUS
- Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
