This dual role position will be split between working in both commercial and personal insurance lines. You will be responsible for fulfilling quotes, generating referrals, and building strong relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a mixed portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products, coverages, and policies for both commercial and personal lines.
- Generate and manage insurance quotes for potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources, particularly within the real estate industry, to drive business development.
- Meet clients to discuss their insurance needs, providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships.
- Maintain and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
- 220 or 440 Insurance License (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on both commercial and personal lines preferred.
