Job Description: Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
* Actively pursue sales leads and convert to sales.
* Work set hours as part of the sales team, rotating between working with customers in the showroom and scheduling measurements.
* Have excellent communication skills, in all areas.
* Have the ability to accurately measure job sites.
* Preparing accurate sales estimates and proposals.
* Maintaining current trends and product knowledge within the flooring industry. Carpet Gallery will train Project Managers internally, and will schedule training with the Manufacturers’ Representatives.
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Carpet Gallery provides shirts, with the expectation that they will be worn.
* Manage the ordering of all needed material to perform an installation.
* Manage and coordinate schedules with customers and installation crews.
* Follow-up with all installed projects, handle customer questions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and sales roles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive project success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
