HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You’ll help customers find their perfect carpet match from our extensive range of quality carpet solutions and provide in-home measuring and estimates.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued through their buying experience.
- Provide expert advice on trends, styles, and installation techniques, turning customers' visions into reality.
- Collaborate closely with our installation experts to ensure flawless execution and delighted customers.
- Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure seamless and professional service delivery.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement sector.
- You can effectively manage time to attend to multiple customers, follow up on leads, and ensure timely deliveries and installations to meet or exceed sales targets
- You are able to listen to customers, understand their needs and provide recommendations with an approach that is responsive and builds trust.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address any customer concerns that arise during the sales process.
- You have a valid driver's license.
ON OUR TEAM, YOU’LL ENJOY
- Competitive compensation structure that offers Salaried Base Pay plus Commission.
- When a salesperson joins our team, this is typically what they make over the first three years:
- First year Pay: $50k- $75k
- Second year Pay: $75k-120k
- Third Year Pay and Beyond: $120k-150k
- Company cell phone, iPad and laser tape measure provided
- Fantastic hours and 2 weeks’ paid vacation – you’ll have every weekend and holiday off!
