What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $50,000 Bonuses
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday – Saturday)
- Must be able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs
- Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, schedule the installation team, collect client’s payments & perform quality control throughout project
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Collect online reviews from clients
- Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Hospitality or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Basic computer, social media & math skills
- Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
- Desire to grow a business & can work independently
- Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Ability to respond quickly to customers’ needs & wants
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of QFloors a plus (Willing to train)
