Lippert’s Carpet One is currently searching for Sales Consultants to join their Medford and Grants Pass, OR showrooms. What We Offer:
  • Base Pay: $3,692/monthly Commission & Bonuses
    • Unlimited earning potential
    • Top earners are making over $100K
  • Full time: 40 hrs./ 5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall flooring & design needs
  • Build strong lasting relationships and follow up with all clients.
  • Schedule client consultation appointments within the showroom or at the client’s home
  • Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services provided
  • Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals, and perform quality control throughout project
  • Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and availability
  • Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean



Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Flooring Sales, Interior Design, Customer Service, or similar role
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Must pass background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
  • Basic computer, social media and math skills (REQUIRED)
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Strong personal and professional judgment
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
  • Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
  • Advanced time management skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
  • Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
