Operations Coordinator
This is a critical, fast paced role, built for the energetic, multitasker. From point of contact, to route assignments, optimization and field based quality control checks, this is a multifaceted role. In this position, you will provide product/services information, navigate a rapidly changing schedule, assist with technician development and coaching and assist with emerging issues that our customers and techs may face, with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a long term team partner (part time) and will provide all education related to a broad spectrum of services and information in our industry.
Job Duties
Manage rapidly changing routes within a schedule and assist in executing route efficiency.
Optimize route efficiency through strategic booking and appointment allocation.
Social Media posts/updates.
Multifaceted communication to employees and clients.
Technician development and coaching.
Broad spectrum data gathering, input and analysis.
Ability to provide assistance to other operations departments, as needed.
Take inbound customer calls and bookings. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Inventory and equipment management.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete industry related knowledge, by using the information learned through training and experience.
Qualifications
- Interactive phone service experience (preferred)
- Customer Service Experience (required)
- High School or Equivalent (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Bilingual (optional) (preferred)
- Willingness to engage in an active work environment (not exclusively a "desk job")
- Excel/Google Sheets (preferred)
Measures of Job Effectiveness
Include, but are not limited to:
- Degree to which unproductive labor or lost time is minimized
- Number of return trips/call backs
- Conflict resolution and client satisfaction
- Accuracy of CRM (and other) data
- Filing of service orders
- Monitoring revenue generated per mile driven and consciously working to raise the amount through active sales and reducing drive times
- Timeliness of billing information to accounting
- Follow up on pending or recommended work
- Communication with team
You will be working directly with the business owner and operations manager, during training and beyond.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
