What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Warranty and Measure Manager position at Carpet Weavers Inc?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Measure Manager to join our team. As the Customer Service and Measure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service department. You will be expected to inspect and measure accurately customer's homes & Jobsites.
As Customer Service Manager you will inspect and resolve customer concerns and issues regarding installed flooring.
Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our company.
A CS & Measure Manager will aid the Store Manager in the administration of the daily activities necessary for the achievement of the customer service goals. You will maintain an accurate record of daily transactions and monitor all the data that this entails. The Customer Service & Measure manager shall assist in contacting customers and scheduling measures. As necessary you will also schedule the appropriate crews for repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent Carpet Weaver’s to the customer with a high degree of professionalism and integrity so as to provide complete information, thereby assuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule Customer measures in a timely manner and provide detailed prints to the sales staff.
- Schedule customer service appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Investigate and resolve customer service complaints utilizing all avenues available including, but not limited to, personally affecting repairs, working with installation crews to correct problems.
- Ensure a prompt and satisfactory response to customer concerns.
- Process claims in a prompt and correct manner
- Assist in accurately assessing floor covering installation needs and assign appropriate installation crews.
- Address installation crew issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Attend management as well as any other meetings that may become necessary.
- Administers the application, performance and compliance of all Company policies, procedures and duties.
- Other duties may also be assigned

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have at least 3 years of Flooring Customer Service experience and/or a flooring installation background. Must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
