Job Overview
Purchasing Assistant/Delivery Scheduler
Looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to purchase appliances and schedule delivery. Must be able to multitask. This position is very demanding. You must be able to handle highly stressful situations on a daily basis. Experienced in Quickbooks and Fishbowl is a plus. Pay will depend on experience.
Responsible for:
Creating purchase orders
Reviewing purchase order for price accuracy
Contacting vendors for pricing and availability
Maintain accurate reorder points
Tracking deliveries
Performing other duties related to purchasing activities
Maintain delivery schedule and calander
Contacting builders/homeowners to schedule delivery
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
