What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Cleaner/Steward position at Carpionato Properties Inc?
POSITION SUMMARY: Primarily, this position cleans all floors in the kitchen, and all asscoiated back of the house, work spaces. reports to Stewarding Manager. in down time, will assist in general cleaning tasks in and around the kitchen, or the outside grounds. Performs related work as required
Pay Rate – starting at $18/hr
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a 3rd Shift position only.
- Cleaning of all floors Back of House on Daily Basis.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to speak, read and write in the English language effectively.
- Able to lift items up to 50 lbs in weight
- Able to execute setups according to charts, diagrams, and written specifications.
- Knowledge of safety rules, practices, and precautions associated with setup and facilities duties.
- Ability to push and pull heavy items and equipment.
