Auto Parts Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parts and materials to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate box trucks or vans for route driving, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of parts.
• Load and unload parts and materials at designated locations, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Utilize forklift equipment when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and local area navigation is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Experience in warehouse environments is a plus, including knowledge of inventory processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
