Position Overview
As a member of our CNC team, you will perform basic machine operator duties and assemble expanding pins, using a variety of components. This is an excellent entry-level job opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operator
- Operate and monitor machines during production
- Perform in-process inspection to check quality
- Complete regular and preventative maintenance procedures, including cleaning machines and work area daily
- Assemble parts as indicated on drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality checks during the assembly process. Test the assembled parts as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Manual dexterity, ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow directions carefully and adhere to deadlines.
- Work well independently or as part of a team.
- Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints
Required:
- Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Picking, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Repetitive Motions
- Close visual acuity
- Subject to noise, hazards, and oils.
- Lift up to 35 lbs
