- Oversee the phones and transferring calls
- Manage client traffic
- Assist with billing, payment processing, A/R
- Coordinate shipping/receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, courier service and regular mail, and distribute to employees
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and kitchen area including supplies
- Manage office supplies including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks and snacks.
- Participate in the cross-training of all admin functions across departments
- Collaborate with others on work on projects/tasks outside of their “usual” assignments.
- Solid 3 years or more of customer service and general office experience
- Managing phones, filing of paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail, etc.
- Professional appearance,, demeanor and communications (written and verbal)
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
- Working Knowledge of RightSignature and sending e-documents to clients by email
- Ability to work full-time 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines.
- Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs
