Essential Functions:
- Work closely with clients, managers and partners in providing financial and operational analysis with respect to buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
- Act as the responsible party for specific engagements for both buy-side and sell-side engagements with investment banks, private equity groups and other corporate buyers.
- Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends.
- Help to lead, prepare, or delegate and oversee preparation of Quality of Earnings databooks, proof of cash exercises, and management interviews.
- Coordinate with the internal team and Management regarding client expectations, timing, and logistics.
- Effectively write and communicate the results of the findings from our procedures.
- Help to train and supervise lower level staff members.
- Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience in Quality of Earnings or other Transaction Advisory Services
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
- Must be able to work additional hours as needed to meet client deliverables
- Some travel is required to various client sites depending on the scope of the engagements
