Professional Delivery Driver - On-Call

** Must have at least 1-year box truck/van/car delivery experience to be considered for this position **

** This position is for local delivery routes and routes and out of town routes.

** Must be able to pass a background check. No felony charges **

** Hourly Pay is straight time and is paid as a Salary - Drivers will quailify for Extra Time Pay ***

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks and vans for route driving, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Load and unload products, utilizing heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including any necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Experience
- Previous experience in commercial driving or as a van driver is preferred.
- Familiarity with moving logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate pallet jacks safely.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
