Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join our growing team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role will be focused on building rapport and relationships with individuals, requiring an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. You will be the first point of contact for inbound sellers wanting to sell their homes. Additionally, this role encompasses drumming up home seller leads using the company’s proprietary CRM system, lead generation software, and other high-end tools with the end objective of setting appointments for our Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities :
- Answer calls from seller leads in a timely manner and generate leads using our CRM system.
- Pre-screen sellers based on their motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead-selling indicators.
- Build relationships and rapport through outbound calling, focusing on engagement and commitment.
- Quickly make decisions in response to changing conditions while speaking with potential customers.
- Set appointments for Outside Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation and equity.
- Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM.

Tentatively set from 9 AM to 6 PM, with potential flexibility around start and end times.
Base pay is set at $20 per hour, with a $250 bonus per closed deal (around $53,500 per year total)
