Carr Veterinary Hospital seeks a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about our services. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a part-time position. The schedule will be: 2 weekdays, 10-hour shifts.

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:
- 3 years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in the following skills:

Dr. Carr and the superstar staff at Carr Veterinary Hospital provide a variety of services to companion animals in our community with a Fear-Free approach.
