Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery
  • Coordinate with shipping departments to ensure timely product delivery
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and updates
  • Process invoices and work closely with accounting department
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and update order status in real-time
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Required Qualifications

  • AA Degree or higher required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with order processing systems (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
