What You’ll Do:
As Director of Nursing, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring exceptional care while leading and mentoring a strong clinical team. Your role will include:
Overseeing all nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers
Managing admissions and resident care plans in collaboration with leadership
Maintain high-quality care and regulatory compliance (IDPH)
Supporting staff through training, mentorship, and problem-solving
Managing budgets and maintaining accurate records
Creating a positive and collaborative culture for residents, families, and staff
What We’re Looking For:
We want a strong leader with a big heart—someone who can guide, inspire, and create an environment where both residents and staff thrive. The ideal candidate will have:
RN or LPN license
Experience in nursing leadership (Director of Nursing experience a plus!)
Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations, infection control, and compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A passion for mentorship, teamwork, and making a difference
