Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (RN - Registered Nurse)

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for an energetic, compassionate and dedicated full time Assistant Director of Nursing – ADON (RN – Registered Nurse) to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will:
- Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel performance
- Actively participate in Quality Assurance and ensure Infection Control programs
- Ensure customer service standards are being met within the nursing department and policy and procedures
- Implement any new resident care programs or expansion of existing services policies and procedures
- Provide orientation for the nursing department and in-service training for employees
Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing:
- Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
- Previous managerial experience (preferred)
- Excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
