The Customer Service Representative position will involve partnering with the Personal/Commercial department to provide excellent customer service to agency customers and greeting office visitors throughout the day. Responsibilities
- Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
Requirements
Insurance industry experience.
Possess a P&C Insurance License
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
