What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN 12 Hour Day Shift position at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab?
Carriage House Nursing and Rehab is building a team of full and part time nurses – LPN’s and RN’s to be an integral partner in providing the best possible care for our residents . We have both day and night 12 hour shifts available.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Provide care to residents by performing a variety of treatments.
Perform personal resident care duties.
Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the physician.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, making assignments and enforcing facility policies.
Assisting in training new personnel.
Accurately recording resident behaviors in clinical records.
Other duties as assigned.
Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.
Educational requirements :
- Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse
