Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual washing techniques to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Support catering events by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
