Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting and repairing maintaining exterior walls and trim.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and caulking.
- Apply paint, stain, or other coatings to walls and trim using power tools and hand tools.
- Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing trim, and repair or replace damaged sections of siding or trim
- Maintain and clean work areas, equipment, and tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using power tools, such as paint sprayers and sanders.
- Experience with carpentry, including trim carpentry and siding repair.
- Ability to perform caulking and other finishing tasks.
- The ability to work independently.
It's a plus if you have your own ladder and equipment!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
