Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing resident areas.
- Ensure all common areas are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Support residents' comfort by ensuring their living spaces are tidy and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
