What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Teacher position at Carrie's Learning Experience Llc?

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and activities that align with our educational philosophy and state standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a sage and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE A LEVEL 3 OR ABOVE ON THE WISCONSIN REGISTRY AND ABLE TO VERIFY THIS DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
- MUST BE CPR CERTIFIED
- Proven experience as a lead teacher or in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational skills.
- commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
