Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the counter with product inquiries, orders, and returns.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Answer phone inquiries and address customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's computerized systems.
- Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Rotate stock to ensure the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle is followed.
