Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. Summary
Our Trainee Program is designed for entry-level qualified candidates who are eager to learn and grow with an organization that puts its People First. Each participant will spend approximately 24 months developing and mastering the tools and skills needed to be successful across multiple aspects of the organization. This program provides a cross-functional hands-on learning experience via guided segments through, but not limited to, the following:
Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s values and culture
Product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
Inventory Planning and Purchasing Strategies
Warehouse and Store functions
Credit Management
Creating a great customer experience
After successful completion of the Trainee Program. You will have the ability to implement, demonstrate and provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. At that time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your professional goals and career path. With roles in inventory planning, store/warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and many more, the opportunities are endless.
Requirements
Requirements:
Will have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field of study
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious and enthusiastic
Strong ability to work in changing environments and see-through complexity
Willingness to travel/relocate if/when necessary
Strong desire to learn either of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, or store operations
Internship experience in any of the above is a plus
