Job Title: Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD) Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD) Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist in developing and delivering innovative processes and data integration solutions and participate in the design and implementation of interfaces around the Infor CSD ecosystem. This role will involve supporting customizations, ION API, BOD, Workspaces, AI features, and Extension management to ensure our ERP solutions meet the unique needs of our distribution business.

Essential Role, Activities, And Responsibilities

• Assist in collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions using Infor CSD.
• Partner with external partners to integrate CSD with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Support the evaluation of existing customizations and identify opportunities to leverage standard functionality where applicable.
• Help design, develop, and implement customized CSD solutions to meet business requirements.
• Assist in developing process flows and ensure the ERP system is optimized to meet business needs.
• Utilize ION API for integration and extension management to enhance functionality.
• Support the development and management of CSD BOD’s to ensure seamless data exchange between applications.
• Assist in developing architectural blueprints and oversee the implementation of the solutions.
• Conduct system analysis and propose improvements to optimize the performance and efficiency of the solutions.
• Use Atlassian Jira to manage project timelines and priorities.
• Assist in managing application security architecture and support the security team, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Continuously assess the performance of the ERP system and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new developments in ERP technology.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
