SUMMARY
The Warehouse Admin Associate-Order Drop is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include inventory control, logistic planning on a day-to-day basis with 80% computer work, communicating with the Hub Manger to ensure all tickets for OEs/WTs are “dropped” to the floor for processing and generating daily productivity report along with various other administartive duties.
Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Associate-Admin -Order Drop
Communicate with the Hub Manger to ensure all tickets for OEs/WTs are “dropped” to the floor for processing.
Candidates strong with Inventory Control experience encouraged to apply.
Multi-tasking with logistic planning on a day-to-day basis with 80% computer work.
Order cut-off management/COD order management.
Balance workload across team members.
Work with CE Hub Manger to assist with scheduling 3rd carriers for product deliveries.
Ensure RMs in “Picked” status have scheduled pick-ups.
Research/resolve Order Drop Manager exceptions (Zero Picked Orders, Orders Skipped on Drop, and Ship Complete Hold Orders).
Ensure timely responses to internal and external customers via email (Shipping/WT email mailboxes).
OE/WT research/POD research.
Assist CE Hub Manger with Open Order Reports (CSD - ICRZT & TWL Outstanding Order Report).
Generate daily productivity report and record transactions in location specific Productivity Tracker spreadsheet.
