About this role :
Carrier is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Carrier World Headquarters. In this role, you'll create high-quality, engaging, on-brand visual designs such as marketing collateral – with a focus on corporate publications, presentations, and digital content that supports the company’s branding, marketing, and communications efforts across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and external agencies, to ensure that all visual content supports the company's strategic objectives and meets brand standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a creative mindset along with strong project management skills. Proven experience in graphics and brand design is essential to help activate brands across various media channels with a focus on print and digital. The candidate should have experience working within a corporate communications design layout, excellent craft skills to tailor communications to meet the needs of the target audience while working within strict brand guidelines. The candidate is proficient in managing a diverse range of stakeholders—including internal clients, vendors, and key customers. This position can either be based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (preferred) or remote.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop an understanding of Carrier’s visual identity and ensure consistent treatment in all design work.
- Create visual marketing communication materials that convey messages effectively, transforming complex information into clear, concise, and visually engaging designs.
- Develop and maintain design templates, style guides, and visual brand standards for all marketing materials and content.
- Maintain a library of design assets to ensure easy access and consistency across the organization.
- Ensure all visual materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure all digital designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Size, retouch, and color-correct images for publication.
- Research and obtain stock images.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize design elements for better user engagement.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and execute design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
