About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial HVAC Multimedia Instructional Designer specializing in Videography and Animations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, video production, graphic design and animation creation. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging and educational multimedia content that enhances commercial HVAC learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify instructional goals and create multimedia content that aligns with educational objectives.
- Design and produce high-quality instructional videos, animations, and other multimedia materials.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and production plans to ensure the effective communication of complex concepts.
- Utilize various software tools and technologies to create visually appealing and interactive multimedia content.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in multimedia instructional design to continuously enhance the quality of content.
- Ensure all multimedia content is accessible, user-friendly, and meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia materials and make improvements based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional videos and materials when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
