Key Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and clean HVAC equipment and related products, including but not limited to air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1,000 tons and Hot water boilers up to 200 hp.
- Maintain, service, and install rental systems
- Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs
- Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed
- Operate equipment vehicles, including forklifts
- Load and unload trucks
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers
- Perform other duties to support the business as needed, including inventory count, general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, and organizing
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 1 years of experience in Commercial HVAC, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
- 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- HVAC Rentals experience
- Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one
